Data exchange with PC can not be made

• Memory is full. Please delete any unnecessary

files to clear internal memory.

• Disconnect the device with a PC: press at the icon

USB on your PC and select «Safely remove».

Turning on/off takes too much time

This problem is caused by devise

• Check if volume is set to «0».

• Earphone may be broken, please change it.

Big noise

• Check if there is dust in the earphone or speaker.

• Check if the file is broken.

The file could not be played

• The device does not support this format. Save file

in supported format and try again.

• The file is damaged. Delete it.

• System erro^. Format the device to eliminate the

system errors.
